- Cancellation Before Departure:
- Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, minus a small processing fee.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled departure but at least 24 hours before departure, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the ticket will be considered void.
- No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up for the bus at the scheduled departure time and have not previously cancelled your ticket, the ticket will be considered void, and no refund will be provided.
- Change of Travel Date:
- If you need to change your travel date, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure. A change fee may apply depending on the route and seat availability. Any price difference between the original and new booking will be charged to you.
- Changes made within 24 hours of departure may not be possible and could incur additional fees.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method and your bank’s processing times.

- Refunds Due to Bus Cancellations:

We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.
- Force Majeure:
- In situations of force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events), we may be unable to provide service. In these cases, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduling option, depending on the circumstances.
- Group Bookings:
