Booking and Cancellation

We need only 50 % of total amount to make confirmation for car booking. You can rent a car in Pokhara / Kathmandu by paying the advance amount and by bringing the passport of the main person who want to hire a car in Pokhara to pickup point. Also provide the clear information about the rental date, number of travelers, starting and ending place and total duration of using via WhatsApp. Once you paid pre-booking amount, you will get a voucher for the car use.

Cancellation for the booked car is possible without any charge before a month. It will be 30% charge before 2 week and 50% charge will be apply before a week and no refund if you cancel within a week or less than in 7 days.
